Shipping Policy

Shipping, Especial Orders and FAQ

  • Free shipping for all print orders within Australia.

  • Processing and printing time is between 2 to 8 days

  • Shipping for Australia main locations between 7 to 20 days

  • Perth deliveries, once orders are printed delivery can take up to 5 days.

  • All canvas and paper prints are "Order To Print"

  • All canvas and papers reproductions are printed in Australia

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes

  • Once checkout process is completed we will not be liable for any loss of the order in transit. 

  • For large and international deliveries please contact us before to purchase

  • For original paintings, large canvas reproductions and other special orders we freight will be calculated in a separate invoice. We will try to search for the cheapest option to your destination and a safe handling option for the artwork. This apply for all locations within Australia and international order. Once the shipping  invoice is accepted and paid by you, we will send you all the details  from the postal or logistic company with the tracking options.

  • For Perth orders, we use Australia Post and national and international shipping companies.

International Orders

Pick Up Local Orders

  • At the moment we do not have local pick up option for small prints. They are sent by Australian Post for a low fee.

  • Nidia's artist's studio is not open to the public and all sales occur online, during exhibition times, by email or phone request. We can only offer pick up for large heavy framed artworks, already sold and paid.

Especial Orders

  • Combined Shipping: if you order for an original painting and/or paper print and/or canvas print, we will made the best to deliver all the items in the same shipping order. Same applies for international orders.

Return, Replace & Exchange Policy
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for the change of mind.

  • We only offer a return or exchange if the item is faulty or is the wrong delivery. All the artworks have been handle and packed with the utmost care. Prints, and original artworks should be unpack with care, over a table or a flat surface.

  • Any issues with your order, once received, must be reported to us within 2 days. If you receive the wrong item or is faulty, we will organize delivery to us from a recommended shipping company or Australia Post location.

  • If  an item is returned, please ensure a secure packing before return; we will  not be liable if an item is damaged in transit for wrong packing. We will invoice you for the partial or total damage as we would not be able to sale the item on those conditions.

  • Please choose carefully your items before purchase, as we can't offer an exchange; all the prints on canvas or paper are Prints to Order.
